A fresh iteration of the Air Jordan 1, in its original color scheme, is receiving a makeover with the use of a glossy satin fabric.
Debuting in 2016, the Air Jordan 1 "Satin" drew its inspiration from the stylish flight jackets that adorned Michael Jordan in Nike's past advertisements. Following the successful launch of this exclusive and uniquely numbered edition, the luxurious satin fabric has been utilized in various women's exclusive releases, including the popular "Black Toe", "Shattered Backboard", and the latest addition - Satin Bred.
As reported by @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the next installment in the collection will feature the iconic "Shadow" colorway from 1985. While we have yet to catch a glimpse of the actual shoes, it is safe to assume that they will bear a striking resemblance to the "Satin Bred" edition of 2023, both in terms of construction and materials, with the only difference being the substitution of red with a Medium Grey hue.
In the near future, it is anticipated that a product launch will take place in the last quarter of 2024, and it is expected that the manufacturer's suggested retail price will remain around $180.
