Air Jordan 6 'Reverse Oreo' in 'White/Black/Icy Blue'

Unveiled as a sneak peek back in July, the Air Jordan 6 "Reverse Oreo" has now surfaced in real-life snapshots.

Dressed in a simplistic combination of "White/Black", this shoe earns its nickname from a retro Air Jordan release from a decade ago. During this period, sneaker drops were less frequent, making every iteration of Michael Jordan's iconic collection all the more significant. While the two-tone color scheme was not unique to the AJ6, it closely resembled the highly coveted "Motorsport" edition that hit the market in February of that same year, a shoe that boasted a much more limited availability.

The Air Jordan 6 "Oreo" serves as the foundation for the innovative "Reverse Oreo" Jordan 6. This new iteration ditches the suede panels of its predecessor and opts for a full leather upper. The majority of the sneaker is adorned in a pristine "White" hue, with contrasting pops of "Black" on the tongue and heel stealing the show. The midsole brings in the "Oreo" element, featuring dark accents and speckles of "White." While the remaining components of the sole unit lack the paint splatter, they still contribute to the overall black-and-white aesthetic of the sixth Air Jordan. Completing the upcoming release are Jumpman logos on the spine and icy blue traction zones underfoot.
