The Jordan Legacy 312, designed by Don C, is known for paying homage to Michael Jordan and the city of Chicago. Now, the Legacy 312 Low takes the tribute to a new level with its classic "Chicago" colorway.
The upper features a combination of white, red, and black leathers, reminiscent of the Air Jordan 1 from 1985. The influence of the Air Jordan 3 can be seen in the plastic heel tab and elephant print overlay at the rear end. The midsole/outsole also draws inspiration from the AJ3, with a mix of black, aged sail, and grey for a vintage look.
Adding to the aesthetic is a forefoot strap from the Air Alpha Force Low, a shoe briefly worn by MJ during his second season. Despite the absence of Just Don branding, the rich heritage and distinctive style of the shoe speak for themselves.
Keep an eye out for the release of the 312 Lows on Nike.com in the upcoming weeks, retailing for $145 USD.
