For this big game, Reese will lace up a unique set of sneakers, just as she did in their previous match. The trusty Reebok Solution shoes she often wears have been given a personalized, hand-painted makeover by sneaker artist Marvin Baroota, the owner of SoLegit Customs.
For the upcoming match, Baroota has opted for a more ominous design. On social media, the artist unveiled a pair of Reebok Solutions inspired by the iconic Joker villain from the Batman universe.
The shoes blend shades of purple and red, mirroring the character's iconic attire. Emblazoned across the mudguard is the Joker's notorious cackle, while the right shoe showcases the villain's unsettling grin. This darker, Joker-themed footwear is a departure from the earlier "Barbie" Reebok Solutions created for Reese's first Fever-Sky match.
Reebok just unveiled their latest creation in March 2022 - a fresh spin on the iconic basketball shoe of NBA legend Allen Iverson. Building upon the classic 1996 Reebok Question design, the new model has been revamped to deliver optimal performance for today's athletes. While honoring the original's legacy, this updated version aims to meet the demands of the modern game.
Experts predict that Clark is the frontrunner for the WNBA Rookie of the Year award, but Reese is still in the running. Clark tops the rookie class in scoring, averaging 15.6 points per game, while Reese follows closely behind with 12.2 points per game.
