Adidas Harden Vol.9 with BOOST Cushioning and Bootie Construction

James Harden

The adidas Harden Vol. 8, James Harden's signature shoe, has yet to be released, but we're already being treated to a sneak peek at its successor - the adidas Harden Vol. 9.

This initial glimpse serves as evidence of the extensive duration it takes for a new product to become available to customers. The unveiled preview, shared by @lalong.sneaker on the social media platform Instagram, demonstrates the unwavering preference of the former Most Valuable Player for a shoe with a lower cut. The height remains consistent not only with his previous signature models, but also with the athletic shoes he utilized during his tenure with Nike almost ten years ago.

In response to the evolving design approach of adidas Basketball, the Harden Vol. 9 showcases a renewed and polished aesthetic in its external appearance. The brand's iconic three stripes are skillfully incorporated into the molded upper, featuring elongated cuts that pay homage to the adidas name.

Seamlessly extending from the upper, the outsole traction eliminates the need for a traditional midsole structure, concealing the innovative BOOST cushioning technology within. The interior boasts a comfortable bootie construction, complemented by a timeless lacing system and a convenient heel pull-tab.

Assuming the brand adheres to their customary launch timetable, it is improbable that the Harden Vol. 9 will be available for purchase before Spring 2025.
