James Wore Nike LeBron 21 in NBA All-Star Game

LeBron James

LeBron James made his record-breaking 20th NBA All-Star Game appearance on Sunday night, donning a pair of Nike LeBron 21 sneakers that drew inspiration from one of Deion Sanders' iconic signature shoes from the 1990s.

The special-edition sneakers feature the distinctive claw mark striping reminiscent of the Air DT Max '96, also known as the Air Diamond Turf 3. Sporting a white and black color scheme with gold accents. The design coincidentally aligns with the colors of the Colorado Buffaloes, for which Sanders serves as the head football coach.

For the NBA All-Star Game this year, Nike has introduced a trio of modern basketball sneakers drawing inspiration from retro models. The GT Jump 2 takes cues from the Total Foamposite Max, the GT Cut 3 from the Zoom Flight 5, and the GT Hustle 2 from the Air More Uptempo.

At present, it remains uncertain whether the Nike LeBron 21 "DT Max '96" will be made available to the public or remain exclusive to players. This post will be revised with any updates as they arise. We have already contacted Nike for further clarification.
