In 2024, Nike is celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Air Max Plus by reintroducing a cherished original style. The "Voltage Purple" colorway, already showcased in official Nike and retailer images, is set to release on January 20th, 2024. Rest assured, adult, GS, and PS sizes will be offered.
As part of its 25th Anniversary celebration, the iconic silhouette will be reintroducing Sean McDowell's earliest creation, the "Voltage Purple" colorway.
Revealed in official images, the Air Max Plus "Voltage Purple" makes its final appearance of 2018. The upper showcases a deep and luxurious shade of purple, while the black exterior cage seamlessly transitions onto the mudguard. Resting on top of the white midsole is a vibrant total orange Air units.
In a similar vein to the recently unveiled Air Max Plus Anniversary, Nike has made the decision to incorporate distinctive insoles into this particular version. This serves as a tribute to the profound impact it has had over the course of twenty-five years. These insoles portray the four Air pods positioned on the inner side of the heel, meticulously tailored to accommodate the foot-strike of avid runners.
